Sr. Java Engineer

Your role: You have a proven track record of building an infrastructure privileged access control application. You are experienced at iteratively refining stakeholders" requirements and removing any ambiguity. You have designed and built best-in-class, enterprise-scale applications using the latest technologies. As a Java Developer, your responsibilities will include: - Being part of a fast-paced development team building modern IT applications in the area of infrastructure privileged access management - Collaborating with stakeholders from Unix, Windows, and Database platforms and Privileged access tools, and colleagues on implementing key features - Performing hands-on design/coding following best practices - Investigating, resolving, and documenting production issues and resolutions - Taking ownership of challenges and being self-driven Your team: You will be working in the Infrastructure Access team in Pune, with colleagues and stakeholders in Singapore, Poland, Switzerland, UK, and US. The team provides access management services to all business divisions of the UBS group. Together, as a team, solutions are provided to meet regulatory and compliance requirements in line with established Corporate IT Standards. Your expertise: To excel in this role, you should ideally have: - 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer, with a strong focus on Angular, Spring Boot framework, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
