As a Senior Java Backend Developer at Visa2Fly, located in Gurgaon, Sec-50, you will play a key role in reshaping the future of international travel. With 3-6 years of experience, you will be working full-time in the Travel & Visa Services industry, with 6 working days a week and the flexibility of working from home on all Saturdays. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable microservices and APIs that drive our B2B and B2C products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will build robust, performant systems ready for scale, demonstrating engineering leadership, high ownership, and a product-thinking mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance backend systems using Java (Spring Boot) for both B2B and B2C platforms. - Design and manage scalable microservices integrated with MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and external APIs. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to translate user needs into technical solutions. - Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and enhance system reliability and performance. - Mentor junior developers, actively contribute to tech roadmap discussions, and own feature delivery end-to-end. Requirements: Core Technical Skills: - 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development (Spring Boot, REST APIs). - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. - Proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Docker, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
