About the Role

Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Java
,
Spring
,
Spring Boot
, and related frameworks.
Develop high-quality
RESTful APIs
and microservices architectures.
Write clean, testable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work with both relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Ensure application security, robustness, and data protection.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and cloud integrations.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years
of strong experience in Java backend development.
Excellent foundation in:

Data Structures & Algorithms
Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
Design Patterns
System Design Concepts

Hands-on experience with
Java
,
Spring Boot
,
Hibernate/JPA
.
Experience in building
scalable microservices
and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of
RESTful APIs
and service-oriented architecture.
Proficiency in
SQL
and familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
Experience with
Git

CI/CD pipelines
, Docker, Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud platforms like
