Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Reach out to lenders (NBFCs/ banks) and infrastructure investors (global infrastructure investors) for debt / equity funding, structured finance, working capital lines, project finance
Manage entire lender process structuring and security documentation requirements
Represent / speak at investor conferences / events
Prepare investor presentations, financial models and project investment memorandums
Collaborate with team members from different streams to ensure alignment of financial strategy with project execution

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / PGDM in Finance or related discipline.
2-5 years of relevant experience in managing investor relationships / meetings, preparing investor presentations and financial modeling
Understanding of financial covenants, and investor / lender terms
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exposure to infrastructure finance (Energy Transition, EV/mobility, Climate, Renewables) or project finance
