Sr. Instructional Designer & Training Specialist

As a Senior Instructional Designer & Customer Training Specialist, your role will involve leading the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions with a strong focus on customer training. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, development, and implementation of engaging learning materials, such as eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), microlearning, and blended learning solutions. - Applying instructional design methodologies like ADDIE and SAM to create effective learning experiences. - Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Your role will also entail delivering training sessions to customers virtually and in-person, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer-facing training materials like user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, while continuously gathering feedback to enhance content and delivery methods. Additionally, you will be managing multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that training initiatives support product launches and updates. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4-6 years of experience in instructional design and training.
