Sr. Inside Sales Consultant - INDIA Shift

As a Senior Sales Executive at ZaranTech, your role will involve attending to leads on the CRM system and updating notes daily. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals and corporations to sell our Online IT training program, requiring knowledge of computers and the web. Additionally, you will follow up with leads through emails, calls, and SMS, and undergo rigorous training about our product. Cold calling may be necessary to educate leads on our training and certification programs. You will also communicate with prospect leads and trainers on a daily basis. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Marketing or BPO, with no experience bar for suitable candidates. You must possess good sales skills, excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable making cold calls. The role will require you to work morning shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
