Job Description

Design
: Coordinate with clients, perform site analysis, develop HVAC designs, review junior engineers work, create BOQs/specs, and gather vendor quotes.
Construction
: Monitor site quality, track tasks, and manage vendor work.
Post-Construction
: Prepare design documentation and snag lists.

Qualifications

BE Mechanical with 8+ years in consultancy, skilled in HVAC design, heat load calculations, DBR, ducting layouts, and site execution.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word; fluent in English.
