Function - Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities-

Handling recruitment activities on all India level through different sources

 Managing the complete recruitment cycle

 Conducting interviews, discussing offers with prospective candidates and other allied

functions

 Salary Negotiation

 Reference check and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners

 responsible till joining of the candidate

Minimum Education - MBA

Work Experience - 4 years - 8 Years

Age Range - 27 years - 32 Years

Gender- Female/Male

Industry Exposure Required- Non IT Recruitment, Hardcore Sales Recruitment, mid, senior and leadership hiring, head hunting

Functional Reporting - Manager/Sr. Manager Talent Acquisiton

IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies - MS Office

Travel - Must be open

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
