Years of Experience: 2+ Years Primary Purpose: Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives. Major Responsibilities: Develop creative visual assets across multiple platforms including digital, print, social media, branding, and advertising. Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Account Managers to bring campaigns to life. Understand client briefs and turn them into compelling visual stories. Maintain brand consistency across all projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality design output. Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and quality control. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work in branding, digital campaigns, social media content, and print collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus. Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience working with brand guidelines and creating new visual systems.
