Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, digital and print creatives, and an eye for detail. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring brand stories to life through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects across digital and print platforms.
• Develop visually engaging graphics, branding materials, social media creatives, web layouts, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure all designs align with brand identity and maintain visual consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with agencies or brands in digital marketing, media, or entertainment sectors.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per month
