high-energy, hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What You ll Do

Build modern full-stack applications completely from the ground up

Design clean, scalable architecture and cloud-native services

Build beautiful, modern, fast UI components

Develop secure, reliable backend services and integrations

Implement
AI-driven features
(LLMs, intelligent workflows, automations, embeddings)

Integrate with internal and external platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs

Own the entire lifecycle:
architect build test deploy iterate

Ensure performance, security, and scalable growth

Required Experience

Mandatory: Demonstrated experience building complete applications from scratch

Bachelor s or Master s in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience

Strong experience with:

Frontend:
React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript

Backend:
Node.js, Python, or Go

APIs:
REST, GraphQL

Databases:
PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL

Experience with
AI/LLM integration
, prompt engineering, or automation

Hands-on cloud skills (AWS or GCP) serverless, containers, CI/CD

Experience with authentication & identity (OAuth2, SSO, SCIM)

Strong ownership mindset and ability to move fast and deliver independently

Soft Skills

Bias for action build fast, iterate fast

Strong communication with both technical and non-technical teams

High attention to detail and an engineer s mindset for quality

Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
