Sr. Front End Engineer

As a Front-End Engineer at Automation Anywhere, you will play a crucial role in developing user interfaces that enable customers to leverage the full potential of Agentic Process Automation (APA). Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented UI components and features using modern front-end technologies like React. - Collaborating closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET, and Support teams to deliver industry-leading features and seamless user experiences. - Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. - Driving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and UI performance. - Optimizing UI components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. - Ensuring UI compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG and adherence to company design guidelines. - Sharing knowledge across teams to promote a culture of learning and improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development with a strong portfolio. - Deep understanding of Web UI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Proficiency in React and ECMAScript. - Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress, and CSS/SCSS. - Experience in cross-browser scalability and compatibility. - Ability to build responsive and accessibility-compliant applications. - Familiarity with global state management tools like Redux and MobX, as well as UX tools like Figma. Bonus skills that would be advantageous include experience with RPA platforms, component libraries, backend technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks like Playwright.
