Sr. Front End Engineer

As a Senior Front-End Engineer/Architect, you will leverage your expertise in design and JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js/React.js to build sophisticated and interactive UI components, focusing on dynamic charts, tables, and dashboards. Your role in developing the front-end architecture will involve close collaboration with product designers, data engineers, and back-end developers to deliver powerful yet user-friendly analytics interfaces. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development of complex charting components using libraries like Charts.js, ApexCharts, and D3.js. You will also be tasked with building responsive and highly performant data tables with advanced features such as sorting, filtering, pagination, and grouping. Additionally, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI components that are fluid, responsive, and consistent across different platforms will be a crucial aspect of your work. In this role, you will architect clean, maintainable, and reusable code utilizing the Vue ecosystem, optimize front-end performance for real-time data rendering, and maintain a modular and scalable codebase using Vue/Nuxt frameworks. Your expertise will drive front-end architecture decisions, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance with WCAG standards. Furthermore, you will participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, integrate with back-end APIs, and contribute to defining API contracts. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 8 years of professional front-end development experience, a keen eye for design perfection, and proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS frameworks, preferably Vue.js. Experience in Analytics, BI, or data-heavy product environments, familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets, and a deep understanding of data visualization principles and usability patterns are essential. Strong communication skills, front-end performance optimization expertise, and exposure to TypeScript and component libraries like Material UI and Vuetify are desired qualifications. Additionally, experience in AI/ML or SaaS platforms, familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and Vitest, exposure to Cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, and agile development practices will be advantageous.
