Sr. Front End Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Frontend Engineer with over 5 years of experience, eager to explore the realm of cryptocurrency and cutting-edge technology. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our Engineering team to design efficient and reusable frontend systems that power complex web applications. You will be responsible for developing front-end solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, continuous integration, and testing. Writing clean, high-quality code following engineering best practices, developing user-centric interfaces, and working in tandem with design and marketing teams to enhance features will be key responsibilities. In terms of technologies, we are crafting a high-performance crypto trading exchange and mobile app with a strong emphasis on speed and user-friendly UX. Frontend technologies being utilized include React, Typescript, and React-Native, with app development for both iOS and Android platforms in React-Native. The project at hand involves the creation of a low-latency algorithmic trading system to offer liquidity across decentralized and centralized exchanges, with specific requirements for scalability, speed, and uptime, all while handling significant amounts of data. To be considered for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 3 years of relevant experience in frontend development. Proficiency in frontend frameworks like Javascript, React, React Native, and Angular, as well as integrating with backend services, is essential. A good eye for UI and UX design would be a plus, along with a solid understanding of responsive design principles. As the ideal candidate, you are a quick learner with a drive for continuous improvement. Effective communication is a must as a remote-first team member, and you should be proactive in sharing progress, blockers, and challenges to facilitate collaboration and breakthroughs.
