Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Fitter for a full-time remote role. This position involves a variety of day-to-day tasks including the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment. The Sr. Fitter will work closely with other team members to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely. This role also requires troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues, fabricating parts as necessary, and adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
• Proficiency in fabricating parts and components
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
• Relevant technical certifications and qualifications
• Experience in the Iron & Steel, Cement, Power, or Mining industries is a plus
