Sr Finance Analyst, FP&A, ECEMEA

As an essential member of the team at Baxter, your role involves coordinating closely with in-country country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets, and historical results. Your responsibilities also include loading budget and forecast adjustments into the system, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and annual budget/strategic plan preparation. Additionally, you will support the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management, conduct strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis, and update process flows and operating manuals as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate closely with in-country country business partners and finance teams for reviewing projections, budgets, and historical results. - Load budget and forecast adjustments into the system. - Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and annual budget/strategic plan preparation. - Support the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management. - Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis. - Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed. - Support Finance leadership with process improvement, policy development, and strategic initiatives. - Liaise with cross-functional leads to support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. - Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications with typically 5+ years of relevant experience. - Expertise in technical and financial knowledge, including internal control requirements, accounting principles, and understanding of the business environment. - Excellent analytical skills with familiarity in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. - Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and decision-making capabilities. - Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel skills. - Experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, and Cognos preferred. - Excellent financial modeling skills preferred, experience in statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
