Sr. Executive/Associate Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving strategic initiative threads in the Media and Communication Business Unit. This will involve conducting market research, collaborating with competency/industry/strategy teams, exploring partnership opportunities, formulating technology roadmap strategy, managing service offerings portfolio, and analyzing opportunities for resource requirements and new capability building. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the strategic initiative threads in Media and Communication BU - Conduct market research including new industry trends, changes in industry structure, competitive landscape, etc. - Collaborate with Competency/Industry/Strategy teams to define approach for scaling up capacity/capability & development - Explore potential partnership/joint development approaches - Formulate technology roadmap strategy - Manage service offerings portfolio - Analyze opportunities for resource requirements and building new capabilities Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech degree in CSE/ECE/EEE - MBA in Strategy Management/Operations for 2024 Full Time Graduates - Minimum 60% aggregate percentage from SSC (X) till highest qualification - 2+ years of experience in IT - Effective team player with excellent English oral & written communication,
