Sr. Executive / Team Leader - Travel Operations (Inbound / MICE)

You will be working as an Executive / Sr. Executive in Travel Operations (Inbound / MICE) at Vesna Tours, a reputable destination management company specializing in educational and cultural travel experiences across the Indian subcontinent and beyond. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle day-to-day activities of tour operations, such as bookings, itinerary planning, and logistics coordination. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. - Design and execute proposals for tours, group movements, and MICE operations. - Collaborate with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and local guides, to ensure seamless execution of tours. - Proactively resolve operational challenges and provide on-ground support as required. - Keep abreast of market trends, travel destinations, and client preferences to deliver personalized experiences. - Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. - Provide timely updates, reports, and feedback to the management team. **Qualifications:** - MBA or MTA preferred; minimum graduation in Tourism or any related field. - Prior experience in the Tourism industry is essential.
