As an Executive/Sr. Executive - Travel Operations (Inbound/MICE) at Vesna Tours, you will play a crucial role in managing various travel operations across the Indian subcontinent and beyond. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in Inbound or MICE tour operations, you will be responsible for handling individual travel and group movements with expertise and finesse. Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day tour operations activities such as bookings, itinerary planning, and logistics coordination. You will be required to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. Furthermore, your role will involve designing and executing proposals for tours, group movements, and MICE operations, collaborating with suppliers to ensure seamless execution, and proactively resolving operational challenges. To excel in this role, you must possess a flair for travel, a hardworking attitude, and strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Being a team player with a smart personality and a passion for delivering excellence is essential. Knowledge of travel operations and software would be an added advantage. Additionally, staying updated on market trends, travel destinations, and client preferences will be crucial to delivering personalized experiences. You will also be expected to assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, providing timely updates, reports, and feedback to the management team. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA or MTA degree, with a minimum graduation in Tourism or any related field.
