Sr. Executive Sales and Business Development

Our flagship plotting project Vaara, located in scenic Bhor (Pune), offers thoughtfully planned NA plots amidst nature, designed for second homes, villas, and sustainable living. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a young, dynamic and driven individual to join our team in a multi-functional leadership-track role.

Key Responsibilities: This is not a routine sales job — you’ll be wearing multiple hats and learning across verticals:

• Strategic business development and planning.

• Sales and client relationship management for Vaara (NA plots).

• Marketing coordination and branding initiatives (online + offline).

• Guest relations & hospitality operations at Adventure Plus (whenever required).

• Special projects & cross-functional assignments as delegated by management.

Who Should Apply? We’re looking for someone who is:

• Aged ideally between 28 to 35, with 5-7 years of real estate/hospitality.

• Self-motivated, bold, and proactive

• Comfortable with multi-tasking and operating in dynamic environments

• Open to being stationed in Bhor or travelling frequently between Bhor and Pune

• Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.

• Not afraid to roll up sleeves, handle guests, close deals, manage events, or coordinate with authorities — all in a day’s work!

Salary: ₹6 - ₹8 Lakh CTC (negotiable based on experience & performance) • Work Location: Pune (Market Yard Office) & Bhor Project Site

• Joining: Immediate / Within 7 Days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gultekdi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real estate sales and marketing : 5 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
