Job Description

Product Handling: Receiving of parcel, Opening of the parcel, scan, Image check and weight of individual products. Ensure 100% received stock quality check by QC team.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records and managing inventory of returned items for repair, recall, photoshoot
Process Improvement:

Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the returns process and handover to respective dept after process.

Problem solving & collaboration : Collaborate with store and internal team for resolving the product related issues.
Physical stock check for product accuracy cycle count and monthly audit
