Sr. Executive - Property Acquisition

As a Business Development professional in the field of Property Acquisition (Offline Store Expansion), your main responsibilities will include: Identifying suitable commercial retail properties for opening new Lenskart stores in your respective region. Managing the retail property search process and collaborating with key partners such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers. Conducting Location & Catchment Analysis of potential new store locations, negotiating, acquiring, and finalizing new properties, including negotiating final rentals, Landlord Scope of Works, etc. Handling legal due diligence and necessary paperwork involved in signing and acquiring new properties. Coordinating with various internal departments until the store launch. Developing and maintaining a pipeline of growth opportunities, focusing on both organic growth and acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of industry experience, with mandatory travel requirements. Additionally, the following qualifications and attributes are preferred: A Bachelor's degree in any field. The right attitude, good negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation and innovative thinking. Passion for achieving results with a high degree of commitment.
