Sr. Executive (Operations & Quality)

As a Sr. Executive in Operations & Quality at our prestigious organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various operational aspects to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. To excel in this role, you should hold a qualification of MHM/MHA/MBA in Hospital Management from a recognized institute with a minimum of 2 years of full-time study. We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in the healthcare industry, specifically with 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations. The ideal candidate will have gained this experience in a leading corporate hospital, demonstrating expertise in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adhering to NABH standards, managing day-to-day operations, handling customer relationships, overseeing diagnostic services, as well as managing both In-Patient (IP) and Out-Patient (OP) services.
