Job Description As a Manager/Senior Manager (Operations & Quality) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring quality standards are met. Your qualifications should include a MHM/MHA/MBA in Hospital Management from a reputable institute, with at least 2 years of full-time study. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, preferably from a large corporate hospital. Your responsibilities will include implementing SOPs, NABH standards, managing customer relationships, overseeing diagnostic services, as well as inpatient and outpatient services.
