Sr. Executive

The Senior Executive at Marcura will be responsible for assisting the team with Data entry and maintenance of data related to the Port Data Management. The main task of the Port Data Management team is of collecting data and inputting information into databases, maintaining accurate analytical records. Support operations process optimization initiatives through creating and maintaining Port and Terminal Cost Calculators, Agreements and Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Port Data Management team with accurate data entry, verification, and maintenance of port-related information in company databases
• Collect, organize, and analyze port and terminal data to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
• Maintain and update analytical records to support operational and commercial decision-making
• Support the creation and maintenance of Port and Terminal Cost Calculators, ensuring all cost parameters and variables are up to date
• Manage and organize Port and Terminal Agreements and Contracts, ensuring proper version control and accessibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Identify data discrepancies or inefficiencies and assist in developing corrective actions
• Generate periodic reports and insights based on collected data for management review
• Ensure compliance with internal data management standards and quality assurance protocols
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the maritime sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
