Sr. Executive Information Technology

Candidate Summary:

Experienced
Software/IT Professional
with a strong background in
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
operations and technology integration.
Has prior experience working with
food brands
and managing their
digital systems
for day-to-day operations.
Skilled in handling
restaurant management software
such as
DotPe
,
Posist
,
Petpooja
, or other
QSR technology platforms
used for order management, billing, and customer engagement.
Expertise in
inventory management systems
,
recipe linking modules
, and
supply chain tracking
specific to food and beverage outlets.
Proven experience in implementing and maintaining
inventory software
that optimizes stock levels, minimizes wastage, and supports accurate recipe costing.
Adept at working with
software integrations
between
POS systems, ERP tools, and kitchen management software
to streamline restaurant operations.
