Role Overview: Maier Vidorno Altios is seeking a Senior Executive Finance & Accounts for their company in India. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Accounting and be proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi. The role involves handling day-to-day F&A operations, compliance-related tasks, cross-department support, data entry on SAP, data analysis, reviewing work, and training executives. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for month-end closing for MIS/compliance, including knowledge of prepaid, accruals, closing entries, FAR schedule, and depreciation calculation - Perform day-to-day general ledger entries, bookkeeping, and bills processing for assigned clients - Maintain accurate and systemized documentation, identify correct profit centers for expense invoices, and ensure adherence to timelines and policies - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS & TCS returns, advance Income Tax calculations, and TCS return filing - Provide cross-department support by sharing data, preparing audit query responses, and assisting with data entry on SAP - Review work done by executives, offer inputs to avoid escalations, and train executives on finance and accounts processes - Execute work with adherence to SOPs & timelines, communicate effectively, demonstrate ownership, and have a clear understanding of F&A processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in commerce, MBA/M.COM/Semi-Qualified CA - Good knowledge of basic accounts, preparing and analyzing MIS, GST, TDS, statutory compliance - Ability to prepare audit schedules, financial and statutory returns - Working knowledge of accounting software like SAP, Tally (preferred), MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel - advanced Excel knowledge required) Please submit your CV to n.tayade@mv-altios.com or click on the Apply button.
