Sr. Executive / Executive Accounts & Finance

As a Senior Executive / Executive in Accounts & Finance, your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, which includes accounting, finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and providing support for audit and tax filings. Your duties will involve maintaining books of accounts, preparing reports, documenting and posting complex journal entries, and ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. This includes activities such as accrual posting, forex revaluation, bank transaction processing, and reconciliation of major balance sheet and profit & loss accounts. Additionally, you will be involved in fixed assets accounting, capitalization, depreciation runs, intercompany reconciliations, and various reporting tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. In this role, you will be required to collaborate with different locations and team members, identify errors or deviations, and implement necessary corrective or preventive actions. You will also be responsible for resolving queries from statutory auditors and internal auditors. Moreover, you will be expected to provide support and act as a backup for the team during absences or extended office hours. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, be a team player with excellent communication skills, have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working in a SAP environment. A problem-solving attitude and familiarity with BENEFRA or Nordics region would be beneficial. To be considered for this role, you should have proven experience in handling monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities, including finalization of accounts and participation in audits. Additionally, a Post Graduation in Finance or Inter CA in Finance along with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience is required.,
