Sr Executive - CSR Fund Raising

You will be responsible for compiling and maintaining a database of international and local donor organizations, monitoring donor websites, identifying donor opportunities, updating the organization's website, assisting the Director in writing concept notes and project proposals, conducting independent research for resource sustainability, developing business plans, building contacts with potential donors, maintaining relationships with existing donors, improving communication materials, organizing fundraising events, and suggesting innovative ideas for resource mobilization. Key Responsibilities: - Compile and maintain a database of international and local donor organizations - Monitor donor websites and identify donor opportunities - Update the organization's website with relevant information - Assist the Director in writing concept notes, project ideas, and project proposals - Conduct independent research for alternative resources - Develop business plans to generate income from various sources - Build contacts with potential individual donors and raise funds - Maintain relationships with existing donors and provide regular updates - Improve communications material for the organization - Organize fundraising events - Suggest innovative ideas for resource mobilization Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of prior sales/business development/fundraising experience interacting with hospitals, universities, and marathons - MBA or Bachelor's degree from a reputed college (MBA/Social Sector related degree a plus) - Basic event planning experience for the social sector - Strong network of existing relationships with corporates, hospitals, universities, and marathons - Strong network of existing nonprofit donors - Deep understanding of Indian donor mindset - individual, HNWI, or corporate - Client servicing skills and proficiency in using PowerPoint - Ability to act as a consultant to players in both corporate and social sectors and pitch products fitting their growth plan - Aggressive and focused approach to sourcing, meeting, and closing deals - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi - Excellent people skills and comfort in speaking to individuals from diverse backgrounds - Creative self-starter comfortable with taking initiative and collaborating in teams - Participation in marathons, walkathons, cyclotron (a plus),
