About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and experienced female candidate for the role of Senior Executive – Business Relations, who will act as the key communication bridge between clients and the company. This role demands maturity, confidence, and exceptional relationship-building skills, preferably with a background in real estate, construction, or corporate client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and maintain strong rapport with existing and potential clients
• Accompany Directors or BD Heads during key client meetings
• Follow up on client concerns, project progress, and satisfaction updates
• Assist in business correspondence, proposal sharing, and meeting scheduling
• Represent the brand in a polished, professional, and client-friendly manner
• Help build and nurture long-term client loyalty and referral networks
• Coordinate internally with the CRM, sales, legal, and execution teams
• Attend business events, exhibitions, or walkthroughs when required

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only, with 5–10 years of experience in business/client relations
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or corporate services preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, Odia)
• Presentable personality with a polite yet confident approach
• Ability to handle high-profile clients and manage sensitive communication
• Willing to travel locally when needed
