Sr Executive / Assistant Manager

As a Process Indents (Sales Orders) Technical Order Documentation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to process indents received from customers and convert them into the necessary technical order documentation. You will be required to prepare and submit project drawings to customers and consultants through the Document Management System (DMS). Additionally, you will need to create drawings for base frames, motor lanterns, and other major bought-out items for procurement and manufacturing in SAP. Your role will involve expediting document submissions and approvals from customers and consultants, as well as maintaining and updating document submission schedules regularly. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving pump data sheets, performance curves, Quality Control Plans (QCP), and submitting them to clients and consultants through the DMS. Furthermore, you will need to review the aggregate part list in relation to approved documents and drawings. In addition, you will be required to update existing documents for "As Built" corrections reported by Quality Management (QM) or Production in the DMS. Your final task will involve creating an aggregate Bill of Materials (BOM) and releasing it in SAP in a timely manner. Overall, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and technical documentation, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all project-related materials.,
