Sr. Executive/ AM - HR

As a Recruitment Support Specialist at WIKA Group, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling and coordinating job interviews, preparing job offer letters, and providing support during recruitment activities such as job fairs and career events. You will also be responsible for executing onboarding formalities for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orienting them to the organization. In addition, you will serve as the HR contact person for the onboarding module in HR Connect, draft welcome announcements, and take care of new hire paperwork and logistics by setting up designated workstations, computer logins, email addresses, etc. You will schedule one-on-one meetings to discuss company policies and serve as the point person for all new employees" inquiries. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations, will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in preparing MIS and routine reports, ensuring statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, and PT calculations, challan generation, and remittance. You will also assist in training management by supporting Plant HRBP in competency mapping, preparing and releasing annual and monthly calendars, scheduling training sessions, maintaining records of training activities, and handling employee complaints and grievances. To be successful in this role, you should have a post-graduation in HR and possess 4-6 years of relevant experience.
