Monitor customer returns quality, based on the customer complaints of products supplied and to fulfil targeted requirements Perform scheduled internal audit and conduct MRM to meet quality systems requirements. Coordinate with internal department and external auditors and conduct scheduled external audits on time to fulfill IMS and other standards. Coordinate with suppliers for on-site inspection to ensure on time availability of material for production. To guide QC department personnel during the preparation of Quality documents such as QAP, inspection procedures, IMS Manual and other product quality related documents. To develop implement any relevant quality programs and tools like 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, Lean practices, etc. and impart training to others. Coordinate with customers for product inspection and ensure timely completion to obtain customer approvals for on time dispatches. Responsible for ensuring adherence in IMS and, CE, UL, FM, VDS, RoHS, REACH and any other product/system certification compliance requirements. Liaison with statutory government bodies for submission of annual reports and relevant documents for on time product certification renewals. Liaise with external interested parties on matters relating to the integrated management system.
