Job Description

Role Overview: You are a senior leader with deep expertise in PeopleSoft technologies, thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Your passion lies in enterprise platforms, team leadership, and delivering high-impact solutions for core financial and operational systems. You excel in strategic vision and hands-on knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, energized by complex problem-solving and creating scalable solutions in partnership with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the PeopleSoft applications strategy focusing on finance and operations modules - Own the roadmap, planning, and execution of upgrades, patching, integrations, and enhancements - Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on system architecture and modernization - Oversee a team to ensure technical execution, service availability, and alignment with business goals - Translate business needs into scalable PeopleSoft solutions in collaboration with finance, operations, and IT leaders - Drive governance, prioritization, and delivery of enhancements through program management and agile practices - Monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance including SQL query tuning and integrations - Lead system upgrades and ensure successful implementation using PeopleSoft Update Manager - Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and robust documentation across environments - Champion best practices in security configuration, data management, and testing processes - Develop executive-level reporting to track project progress, system health, and user satisfaction - Stay updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation - Represent platform strategy in executive and governance forums Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in enterprise application platforms, with leadership experience in PeopleSoft FSCM modules - Proven success in leading PeopleSoft development, support, and upgrade initiatives in a regulated environment - Strong leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration and geographically distributed teams - Expertise in PeopleTools, SQR, BI Publisher, SQL, systems integration, and application performance tuning - Experience in Agile/Scrum development cycles and strong decision-making capabilities - Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Preferred: Experience with scheduling tools such as UC4/Atomic, and domain knowledge of insurance or financial services industry,
