Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Implement and monitor the
Quality Assurance/Quality Control system
at the project site.
Review and verify
Mivan shuttering
and casting activities as per approved drawings and method statements.
Conduct
incoming material inspections
, MEP checks, and formwork inspections in coordination with site and QA/QC teams.
Prepare
Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
,
Method Statements
, and
Quality Reports
.
Supervise and ensure correct installation and alignment of
Mivan panels
, wall ties, prop spacing, and embedment's.
Monitor concrete quality, curing practices, and post-pour inspections.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation and quality records as per ISO and project requirements.
Assist in handover and
as-built documentation
.
Conduct
toolbox talks
and
training
sessions related to Mivan quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum
3-10 years of experience
as a QA/QC- Sr. Engineer/ Engineer in construction, with
specific experience in Mivan formwork
systems.
Strong knowledge of
quality management systems
, construction materials, concrete technology, and formwork processes.
Familiar with
IS codes
,
ASTM
,
ACI
, and other relevant quality standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC documentation.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and reporting skills.
