Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale software systems using various programming languages and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Lead code reviews, design reviews, testing, and debugging activities at the application level.
Participate in routine and non-routine construction, automation, and implementation activities.
Manage total product, financials, and forecasting, leading the design, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership of services.
Initiate and execute research and proof-of-concept activities for new technologies, while also evaluating new technologies and participating in decision-making.
Provide technical oversight and coach others to resolve complex and severe technical issues, and lead disaster recovery activities and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
Embed data quality protocols throughout data acquisition, processing, storage, and operational use.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in core development platforms within own domain.
Ability to build custom solutions and work on package-specific configuration and deployment.
Experience in designing new testing methods and resolving routine and non-routine technical issues.
Strong understanding of Agile concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to partners within the product team.
Solid understanding of the impact of own work on the team and/or guests.
Proficiency in writing and organizing code using multiple computer languages, including distributed programming and different frameworks and paradigms.
Demonstrates strong domain-specific knowledge regarding Targets technology capabilities, and key competitors products and differentiating features.
Working knowledge on package-specific configuration and deployment along with ability to build custom solutions.
Designs new testing methods and resolves routine and non-routine technical issues with minimal assistance.
Builds strong commitment within the team to support the appropriate team priorities.
Clearly communicates Agile concepts to partners within the product team.
Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education.
A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
