Should have knowledge of sheet metal, rubber parts development.
Should have good knowledge of Design (AutoCAD & UGNX) Modelling, Surfacing, Assembly & Drafting) .
Person from similar industry like Anand NVH, Talbros, Roop, Mega, Bony etc. would be preferred.Knowledge of specific products like strut mounts, engine mounting manufacturing techniques, process set up + parameters finalization and handover to production with complete documentation is desirable.
Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office and ERP working will be an additional advantage.
