1. Able to read and update drawing.
2. Good knowledge of poka yoke, kaizen & 5s.
3. Exposure of tool/fixture design & manufacturing.
4. Reduce tooling, jigs fixture cost and enhance their life.
3. Good knowledge of PFD, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and work instruction.
4. RFQ preparation of current and upcoming projects.
5. Layout preparation and Line/Machine installation & commissioning.
6. Productivity improvement by cycle time and man power reduction.
7. Work balancing of production line by time motion study methodology.
1. Good exposure of Ms Office
2. Basic Catia, Basic AutoCAD
