Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Principal / Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Mott MacDonald. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treatment plants and process engineering, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the design and development of treatment plant processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency and performance.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Conduct site visits to monitor and troubleshoot process issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure all processes are safe, reliable, and meet quality standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in treatment plants.
Strong knowledge of process design, simulation, and optimization techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
