Position Description
- New Product Development Safe Launch
- Good Knowledge of Drawing, 5 Core tools, GD &T, PPAP
- Process knowledge of Casting, Assembly, Machining & Painting
- Customer New Model Requirements, performing new product testing requirements & documents submission.
Detailed scope of Responsibilities
The main area of job responsibilities is defined as follows: -
-NPD (HMSI, HCIL) (Technology-Casting/Moulding/Machining/Plating etc)
-Achieving NPD KPIs
- Understanding of Layout inspection
-Participate in Morning meeting within CQC team, discuss & communicate about last day problems point, new work added to
concerned sections.
- Making of new product development documents.
- NPD
• Knowledge of drawing, instruments & inspection
• Timely submission of PPAP documents
• Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues during the product development lifecycle to maintain project timelines.
• Managed customer interactions, customer audit & confirm timely closure of MOM.
• Knowledge of SQM
• Knowledge of Paint Standards, Plating standards & Substance of Concerns
• IMDS preparation & submission
