Sr. Engineer - Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and hands-on Site Engineers across various disciplines (Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) with practical experience in project execution from the contractor side. The ideal candidates should have a proven track record working with reputed construction companies on 5-star hotels, leading hospitals, or large commercial buildings.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and execute site activities related to your specific domain (Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation at site.Monitor daily progress and ensure work is executed as per approved plans, quality standards, and safety norms.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, consultants, and subcontractors.Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools for uninterrupted workflow.Identify and resolve technical issues and delays during execution.Maintain site records including daily progress reports, inspections, and quality checklists.Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control measures.Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to meet project standards.Assist in commissioning activities, snag list closure, and handover procedures.Key Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil Electrical Mechanical) or relevant trade certification.Minimum 6 years of domain-specific experience in site execution within building construction projects.Hands-on experience working with contractors on large-scale projects such as 5-star hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings.Strong understanding of drawings, construction sequences, quality standards, and safety practices.Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).Preferred Experience:Background with top-tier contractors or real estate developers.Involvement in high-end or fast-track construction projects.Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and latest technologies in your domain.
