Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new opportunities to improve the spares penetration in EPSAC product segment. Identify new opportunities to improve the spares penetration in Recip. product segment. Identify new business opportunities to improve the spares penetration in case of Non-Standard Products (NSP). Ringfence the existing customers by providing service as per the quality standards. Identify and develop new aftermarket revenue opportunities in the assigned region. Execute the Go to Market strategy for aftermarket spare sales in the assigned region. Identify and increase the enquiry level to improve conversion and enhance the aftermarket sales revenue. Monitor the accounts receivables of the customers and the channel partners. Manage collections and reduce the outstanding payments. Educational Qualification / Experience required : Any UG degree with relevant experience & skill. Prior Spares Sales Experience in Compressor/ Industrial Equipments/ Capital Equipments / Industrial Pumps.
