Sr. Draughtsman

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Draughtsman with strong technical expertise and an eye for detail to support the architectural and design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate working drawings, coordinating with project architects, and ensuring the highest quality of documentation throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
• Translate conceptual sketches and designs into precise technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for design details and clarifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
• Conduct site visits when required for measurements and verification.
• Assist in material detailing, joinery drawings, and technical coordination.
• Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil/Architectural Draughtsmanship or equivalent qualification.
• 8–10 years of experience in architectural drafting and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, detailing, and building materials.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare architectural and structural drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with design and site teams.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
