Sr. Architect

As a Senior Architect at DRAW Design Research Workshop, located in Sector 28, Gurgaon, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary design studio dedicated to creating innovative, sustainable, and contextually responsive architectural solutions. With over 8 years of experience in the field, you will lead complex projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients to deliver exceptional design solutions in line with DRAW's vision and design philosophy. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing architectural projects of various scales from concept design to detailed design, documentation, and site execution. You will oversee project teams, mentor junior architects, and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones. Developing innovative and sustainable design concepts aligned with client needs, site context, and regulatory requirements will be a crucial aspect of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing detailed construction drawings, specifications, and presentations, as well as coordinating with consultants and managing client relationships effectively. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, along with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture and design. Your proven experience in leading design teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and showcasing strong design and conceptual thinking skills through a diverse project portfolio will be essential. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software like Lumion/V-Ray, as well as knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards, are highly desirable. Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are key requirements for this role, along with strong leadership qualities to mentor and inspire team members. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and approval processes will also be beneficial.
