Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for developing and leading end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with event goals and industry trends. This includes defining value propositions, pricing strategies, and contributing to long-term business planning through cross-functional collaboration. Your role will also involve leveraging market insights and behavioral data to drive impactful marketing decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and lead end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with event goals and industry trends - Define value propositions and pricing strategies in collaboration with product, sales, and content teams - Contribute to long-term business planning and portfolio evolution through cross-functional collaboration - Execute targeted, insight-led campaigns across digital, email, paid media, social, SEM, PR, and partner channels - Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of performance, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration - Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI - Report on KPIs and campaign performance to senior leadership - Oversee creative development and production of marketing assets to enhance campaign performance - Apply agile marketing practices for sprints, testing, and optimization - Use tools like CDPs, CRM, and automation platforms to optimize campaigns and inform business decisions **Qualification Required:** - 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in strategy and execution - Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, automation, social, SEM, PR) - Proven leadership and team development experience - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with dashboards, CDPs, and forecasting tools - Comfortable leading in agile environments In addition, the job is full-time and permanent, requiring in-person work in Mumbai.
