The Job

We are seeking to identify a Sr. Developer ServiceNow

• Ensure compliance with security requirements and industry standard.
• Develop and maintain security control validation processes within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions to support compliance management and business operation.
• Integrate with security tools and other systems to enable automated evidence collection and risk analysis.
• Automate security control assessment workflows within ServiceNow GRC.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues.
• Provide training and support on ServiceNow GRC workflows for internal teams.

Your Profile

An Ideal Candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information System, Cybersecurity with 6+ years of experience in secure application development or vulnerability remediation along with the below mentioned must haves:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance)
• 3 years of hands-on experience implementing security processes in ServiceNow CRM and providing technical support
• 3 years of IRM/GRC development experiences in ServiceNow
• E

  xpert in JavaScript, AngularJS, and API integration.

• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and drive for solution implementation.

• Ability to work independently and self-motivate. 
• Working knowledge of security control frameworks such as NIST 800-53, SSDF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and OWASP. 
• Excellent team player, engaging, and proactively identify opportunities to improve process and drive for delivery
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
• Must be fluent in English  (written and spoken)
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
