Sr. Developer SAP Development / Integration

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Developer specializing in SAP Development and Integration. With over 9 years of experience, you will design and develop SAP ABAP based applications with a focus on interfaces using middleware solutions. Your role will involve working collaboratively across multiple teams within the IT organization, effectively communicating with key portfolio and management stakeholders, and providing clear work status updates. You will be responsible for carrying out feasibility analysis for project needs, proposing high-level designs with effort estimates, prioritizing and planning technical work, and implementing object-oriented programming concepts and performance-tuning techniques in SAP. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate SAP project development and support activities across SAP landscape systems such as SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP APO, and SAP PI. - Drive technical designs and assist the team in formulating complex technical solutions for SAP landscape systems. - Assist in large, complex development designs and prepare work plans for successful implementation. - Review technical solutions and designs, including artifact review, to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. - Mentor the team in various technical skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate closely with multiple teams in an agile environment. - Contribute to reviews and provide frequent feedback to individual team members to enhance performance. - Document and update the existing SAP environment, working with cross IT and business teams to modernize SAP practices. - Lead root cause analysis activities and collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions. Qualification Required: - Four-year degree with a specialization in Computer Science or Electronics with a strong academic background. - Certification in SAP Application Development, object-oriented programming languages, or Middleware technologies is preferred.,
