As a Specialist in SAP Development / Integration at Medline, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's exponential growth by expanding its IT operations in Pune. With over 14 years of experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP based applications, you will be responsible for engaging with various portfolio and functional teams to propose complex solutions, review designs, estimate efforts, and guide the team on project processes and deliverables. Your expertise in SAP ECC and SAP HANA platforms will be essential in driving technical designs, formulating complex solutions, and mentoring the team in quality practices. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating SAP project development and support activities, driving technical designs, preparing work plans, reviewing technical solutions, and mentoring developers on various technical skills. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple teams in an agile environment, contribute to reviews and feedback sessions, document and update the existing SAP environment, and lead root cause analysis activities to implement solutions effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work effectively with key stakeholders, and experience in agile team environments. Your educational background should include a four-year degree with a specialization in Computer Science or Electronics, along with certifications in SAP Application Development, object-oriented programming languages, or Middleware technologies. A hands-on experience with ABAP-Units, good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, HANA code push down techniques, and experience in designing RICEFW objects in SAP Modules will be highly valued.
