Sr. Developer SAP Development / Integration

As a Senior Developer specializing in SAP Development and Integration, you will be responsible for designing and developing SAP ABAP based applications with a focus on interfaces using middleware solutions. Your expertise in object-oriented programming concepts, HANA code push-down techniques, and performance-tuning techniques in SAP will be crucial for the success of projects. Additionally, hands-on experience with ABAP-Units and designing RICEFW objects in SAP Modules like SD, MM, FICO, and PP is required. Your key responsibilities will include: - Carrying out feasibility analysis for project needs and proposing high-level designs with effort estimates - Prioritizing and planning technical work effectively - Facilitating SAP project development and support activities across SAP landscape systems such as SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP APO, and SAP PI - Driving technical designs and assisting the team in formulating complex technical solutions - Reviewing technical solutions and designs, including artifact review - Mentoring the team in quality and promoting Medline best practices - Grooming and mentoring developers on various technical skills - Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Working closely with multiple teams in an agile environment - Contributing to reviews and providing frequent feedback to individual team members - Documenting and updating the existing SAP environment and collaborating with Cross IT and business teams to modernize the SAP environment and development practices - Leading root cause analysis activities and implementing solutions with the team Qualifications required for this role: - 9+ years of experience in SAP ABAP based applications development with exposure to middleware solutions - Ability to work effectively with key portfolio and management stakeholders - Good understanding of SAP PI/PO for delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems - Experience working in Agile teams/SCRUM Teams - Knowledge or tools experience relevant for SAP DevOps is preferred - Certification in SAP Application Development, object-oriented programming languages, or Middleware technologies - Four-year degree with a specialization in Computer Science/Electronics with good academic background Join us as a Senior Developer in SAP Development and Integration to contribute to the success of our projects and drive technical excellence within our organization.,
