Sr Developer Customer services

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Developer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in microservices API integrations , software development , and e-commerce systems . This role requires a strong grasp of agile methodologies and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage, enhance, and integrate Zendesk and Nexus (our in-house order management portal) with other tools and platforms as needed. Define and maintain OpenAPI specifications , ensuring alignment with company standards. Design and develop scalable software solutions using a modern tech stack: JavaScript , Java , Node.js , Vue 3/4 , Nuxt , React 18 , Express , PHP , REST/JSON , HTML , CSS . Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance across development efforts. Lead the full lifecycle of e-commerce solution developmentfrom design through deployment. Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering best practices. Mentor and support junior developers in their growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment . Strong experience with Zendesk is required. Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a plus. Proficient in defining OpenAPI specifications . Solid understanding of modern development languages and frameworks, including: JavaScript , Java , Node.js , Vue , Nuxt , React , Express , PHP . Comfortable working with RESTful APIs , JSON , HTML/CSS . Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. High level of proficiency in English. Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle , including CI/CD , GitHub , and Bitbucket .
